BRIEF

Postali’s PPC campaign was underperforming due to a disjointed user journey. The landing page had low conversions, high friction, and significant drop-off, signs that the message and experience weren’t resonating with prospective law firm clients.

WHAT I DID

  • A redesigned landing page with improved hierarchy, UX flow, and messaging clarity

  • An interactive PDF used for follow-up and lead nurturing, providing value beyond the click

  • A targeted direct mail postcard that directed recipients to the optimized landing experience via QR code

RESULT

By delivering a seamless and value-driven experience across all channels, the campaign produced strong results:

  • 61% decrease in dead clicks

  • 77% reduction in quick backs

  • 300% increase in conversions

This project showcases my ability to lead cross-functional creative strategy, execute cohesive visual systems across mediums, and design with performance and clarity in mind.
